Type of appointments
Online, you can book a physical/phone/videocall appointment with a GP.
– Note that appointments can run late up to 30 minutes, so please consider this in your schedule.
– Urgent appointment? Please call us instead.

Evening consulations
We now offer evening consultations Monday and Tuesday 17:00-20:00.

Assistant or nurse appointment?
For appointments with the assistant/nurse practitioner, please call the practice between 8:00-12:00.

International phone numbers cannot be called from our landlines. We urge you to get a Dutch phone number so we can contact you. Specialists and hospitals also may refuse you. A pre-paid sim card is cheap and can be purchased at any supermarket. You can use it just to receive calls and keep your international number for everything else.

Cancelling or re-scheduling
This must be communicated to us 24 hours in advance (weekdays only) so we can give your slot to someone else. If you fail to do so, we may bill you the missed consultation fee. Cancellations can be e-mailed to info@hapwijnhaven.nl.
