The practice is open for new registrations

  • You live in our care area (view map);
  • You have a Dutch “Basisverzekering” insurance OR one of the following: InsureToStudy Masterplan, OOM GHU/NNAM, ONVZ Health.

If you are unsure if you are eligible to register, you can e-mail us your zipcode and insurance company. We do not make exceptions on the requirements above, please do not ask.

Note: This means that EHIC, AON student insurance, other OOM policies, etc, are not accepted. No self-pay patients, we only bill insurers.

As a modern digital practice, we make use of several e-health solutions. We apply MijnGezondheid.net for this, a safe online patient portal where you can arrange your own health matters. Availability by phone is limited, online we are available 24/7. If you are someone who prefers to arrange as much as possible digitally, instead of waiting on the phone, we are the ideal practice for you. Having an online medical file is mandatory by law. More information on how we work can be found here.

Note: You must acquire a 06-number if you don’t have one yet. We cannot call out to international numbers, and hospitals/specialists are known to reject referrals if the patient doesn’t have a Dutch number. You can buy a cheap pre-paid sim at any supermarket, just to receive calls.

We will check your registration and send a confirmation if everything is in order.

Our processing time is 5 working days. Only once we receive your medical records (if applicable), your registration will be complete. Afterwards, you can book appointments.

Our processing time is 2-4 business days, during which we will request your records from your current GP (if applicable). Booking appointments is possible after registration and records are complete.

  1. Registration forms, completed and signed;
  2. A photo* of a valid identity document (passport, EU ID, EU driver’s license, Dutch residence card) with document number visible;
  3. A photo of your (digital) insurance card/policy.

*You may cover your face, citizen service number and signature on your ID. After registering the document number, we shall delete the file. Why we are required to ask your ID can be read here.
